Commission D - Bina Marga Commission Agrees on Budget Efficiency for Sidewalk Arrangement

The Commission D and Bina Marga Department have agreed on the budget efficiency for sidewalk arrangement from Rp 1.2 trillion to Rp 1 trillion, on Tuesday (11/12).

The budget can be spent for maintenance activities in the sub-departments

Jakarta Bina Marga Department Head Hari Nugroho said this efficiency resulted in the delay of several sidewalk arrangements for package one with a budget allocation by Rp 150 billion and sidewalk arrangement for one road with a proposed budget more than Rp 50 billion.

"It has an impact on several sidewalk arrangements that are divided into two packages," he expressed.

Commission D Appreciates Sidewalk Arrangement Program

Commission D Secretary Syarif hoped that it could be optimized for other activities, including the needs of the sub-departments.

"The budget can be spent for maintenance activities in the sub-departments, which have not been well organized," he closed.
